Antimicrobial evaluation of some recently synthesized organic acid derivatives against some microbes in North Africa / تقييم بعض مشتقات الاحماض العضوية كمضادات لبعض الكائنات الدقيقة فى شمال أفريقيا Bassem Mohamed Kamal Eddin Ali Almatteet ; Supervised Hassan Mohamed Sobhy , Nasser Shaaban Aly Mohamed Khalil - Cairo : Bassem Mohamed Kamal Eddin Ali Almatteet , 2013 - 145 P. ; 25cm
Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Institute of African Research and Studies - Department of Natural Resources
The current work describes the antimicrobial evaluation as well as structure-activity relationship of some 1,-bis/ (carboxylic acids), (esters), thus, the latter compounds were tested (in vitro) for their antimicrobial activity against two Gram-positive bacterial strains (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus), two Gram-positive bacterial strains (Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Escherichia coli) one yeast strain (Candida albicans) and three mould strains(Aspergillus fumigatus, penicillium italicum and syncephalastrum racemosum)
1,-bis(carboxylic acid derivatives) 1,-bis(hydrazides) 1,-Bis(phenoxy)alkanes
