This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of the new matrixmandible subcondylar plate in the treatment of subcondylar fractures. Ten patients were selected from the outpatient clinic of the oral and maxillofacial surgery department at Cairo University. Patients selected all suffered from subcondylar fractures, but treated for any other facial fractures
