Objective : The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of dexamethasone one the foetal heart rate and haemodynamics and their correlation with foetal movement . Reslts there was a decrease in the MCA PI and RI (PIp0.001 , RI p=0.002) increase in foetal heart rat short term variability (p= 0.016) and decrease in the foetal movement count on day (p0.001)
