Complex foot deformity is one of the most challenging conditions in orthopaedic surgery. It is described as a foot with multiplanar deformities with or without shortening of the foot. It includes relapsed or untreated cases, which can be a complicated by other problems. Traditionally, correction of these deformities can be achieved by extensive soft tissue releases, osteotomies or arthrodesis with or without internal fixation
