Sildenafil citrate (SC) is the first orally active drug approved by the FDA for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension. The aim of the present work was to formulate sildenafit citrate in a nanoemulsion (NE) system for administration by inhatation rouye to attain rapid onset of action with good efficacy at lower dose. Sildenafit citrate saturated solubility was determined in different oils, surfactants, co - surfactants
