Exercise is often recommended for patients with type 3 diabetes to improve physical conditioning and glycemic control. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of circuit weight training on nitric oxide in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Forty type 2 diabetic women participated in the study, their ages ranged from 40 - 5- years. They were assigned randomly to two groups: 20 patient each: Group (A) received circuit weight training 20 min and aerobic training 30 min for 12 weeks, 3 sessions per week and with 30 - 60% of IRM
