Application of diazo coupling reactions in synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds of pharmaceutical interest / تطبيق تفاعل اقتران الديازين فى تشييد مركبات جديده حلقية غير متجانسة ذات اهمية صيدلية Heba Elsayed Ahmed Teba ; Supervised Mohammed A. Shaaban , Nadia A. Abdo , Aliaa M. Kamal - Cairo : Heba Elsayed Ahmed Teba , 2014 - 107 P. : charts ; 25cm
Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Pharmacy - Department of Organic Chemistry
This thesis comprises five parts, the first part is an introduction about diazocoupling reactions and synthesis of benzimidazoles. The second part clarifies the rationale for the synthesis of the targeted compounds. The third part deals with the theoretical diazocoupling of the experimental work in preparation of compounds - XX. The structures were supported by elemental analysis, R, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR mass spectral data and TLC monitoring. In the fifth part, biological activity was evaluated in - vitro growth of three human tumor cell lines, MCF -7) (NC - H460), and (SF - 268) and compared with doxorubicin
Diazocoupling Heterocyclic compounds N- containing compounds
