Citrullus colocynthis belongs to family cucurbitaceae. It has been used in folk medicine of many countries as anti inflammatory, anti diabetic, and antioxidant agent. In the present study, different solvents extracts from the fruits, leaves, seeds and roots of C. colocynthis were investigated to evaluate the antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticancer, larvicidal and antioxidant activities of this plant, as well as identifying their active principles by HPLC/MS. Furthermore, aqueous extracts of different plant parts were used for silver nanoparticles (SNPs) synthesis which was confirmed by transmission electron microscope (TEM) analysis. The synthesized SNPs were then evaluated for their antibacterial, antifungal, antiviral, anticancer and larvicidal activities. The results showed that, all extracts showed good antibacterial and antifungal activities
