In the first stages of the design of any project, whether a hospital, a hotel or a university, it is necessary to determine the sound levels that results from different noise sources before the final implementation process of the projects. Also studying the impact of each source of noise on the surrounding environment and the different places within the project is very important. This study is done through determining what are the expected sources of noise emission within the project (such as air conditioning unit, generators, transformers, electric motor, fans, pumps, etc.) and the effect of walls, distances, barriers, and add more than one source of noise. The governing equations for each source of noise were obtained from references and standers. The most important references and standards used are (ASHRAE, ARI standard 575, ANSI S12.31, and ASTM E477). These equations are formulated in the form of modules through (CAD) program based on visual basic language
