Objective: To compare the outcome of pregnancy, in women with antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, using un-fractionated heparin and low molecular weight heparin; as regards; fetal and maternal morbidity and mortality. (Incidence of thrombo-embolic manifestations, abortion, pre-eclampsia, intra-uterine growth retardation and pre-term labour). Conclusion: The results of the present study indicated that the efficacy and safety of LMWH in the management of women with recurrent spontaneous abortion secondary to APS were equivalent to those of UFH
