This thesis implements a scheme for improving the efficiency of photovoltaic solar cells by using stepper motor through sun tracking system and extended to solve the problem of low efficiency of photovoltaic generated power. The scheme proves a high efficiency and high impact in increasing the total amount of received solar power from the Sun. This scheme is extended to success as an economic viable solution, by presenting a study of economics of photovoltaic solar system including the generation and utilization of photovoltaic solar electric power instead of other conventional electric powers in the presence of government subsidies for electricity and also after interruption government subsidies during next five years
