Selection of construction contractors is the process of hiring appropriate contractor to deliver the project, considering the given constraints with respect to quality time, and cost. Selection based on a set of qualification criteria is essential to the success of construction projects since these qualification criteria screen out incapable contractors. The qualifications of the lowest bidder may not suit the selected project delivery method. Sometimes, contractors, when faced with a shortage of work, offer a low bid price to remain in business with the expectation to offset the loss through claims. Thus, bid evaluation based on the lowest bid price without considering contractors qualifications is not suitable, especially in large-scale public projects. A common problem, however, is the capability of the selected contractor to meet the requirements of the project delivery method. This research proposes a framework that utilizes fuzzy logic to identify, categorize, and determine the relevance of contractors selection factors
