This review focus on evaluate of chromogranin-A(Cg-A), Alpha-1-fucosidase(AFU), Nitric Oxide(NO) and Glutathione Peroxidase (GPx) as markers in Patients with Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and those with liver cirrhosis, to assess the potential usefulness of those markers in screening patients at risk of HCC. In conclusion, Cg-A, NO , AFU and GPx can be used as potential serologic markers for diagnosis of HCC. the combined use of (Cg-A and AFP), (Cg-A and NO) or (Cg- A and GPx), (Cg-A and AFU) increased the diagnostic performance for detection of HCC
