Cesarean section is one of the most commonly performed major operation in obstetrics which increased in its dramatically in the past 25 years. the wound of C.S. can heal by formation of new plain musles but when the conditions are unfavourable for wound healing, scar formation will be the rule. women with previous C.S. may develop pathological, anatomicaland histopathological changes as intrauterine adhesions, so the scar and the uterin cavity assessed clinicaay and by investigations as (U/S,HSG,SHG,Hysteroscopy) to evaluate these changes
