The nuclear structure of light nuclei are considered. The alpha cluster model is used in the description of these light nuclei. The nuclei which are considered in the present thesis are the ⁶Li, nuclei. According to this structure model, the ⁶Li nucleus is considered as composed of the alpha particle, a proton and a neutron. The ⁹Be nucleus taken as the bound state of two alpha particles and neutron. Also, this model introduce the ¹²C nucleus as the bound state of three alpha particles. Thus, with the present nuclear structure of these light nuclei, each nucleus is studied as a three-body problem. Three-body integral equations are obtained for every one of these three-body systems. Non local separable potentials are used for the different two-body interactions, the non local separable two-body interactions help in reducing the three-body integral equations to coupled sets of integral equations in one continuous variable
