The first aim of this study is to compare the safety and the efficacy of the non-invasive MasimoRadical-7 Pulse CO-Oximeter, versus the invasive central venous pressure (CVP) as a predictor of fluid responsiveness in major abdominal surgery to minimize patient risk and improve outcome. Our second aim is to compare hemodynamic response and outcome of three replacement fluid therapies, Voluven (HESS 130/0.4), haemagel and Hemohes 6% (200/0.5), using Masimo Radical-7 Pulse CO-Oximeter
