Aim of the study: this investigation designed to study the effects of socioeconomic status on the hard tooth structure in police authority hospital by recording and monitoring the attrited, chipped, decayed, eroded, filled and missed hard tooth structure in a specially designed questionnaire. Material and methods: a total of 1000 male paents aged between 25-58 years old were selected randomly after explaining the steps to be done and having their consent. Paents were classified into 5 main groups according to their income level. Data were collected through a special questionnaire. Dentition status was recorded by ACDEFM rating system proposed by dr. Fayez Hassaan. Clinical examination and diagnosis of hard tooth structure were done and then collect decayed and filled teeth. Finally, analysis of data was performed using SPSS (Statistical Package for Scientific Studies)
