There are two types of aging, one is related to genes and is known as intrinsic aging and the other is caused by environmental factors and is known as extrinsic aging. Materials and methods: The current study included 4 groups and were divided as Group I (12 samples) from males and females (equal samples) aged from 0 to 15 years old, Group II (12 samples) from males and females (equal samples) aged from 16 to 35 years old, Group III (12 samples) from males and females (equal samples) aged from 36 t0 55 years old and Group IV (12 samples) from males and females (equal samples) above 56 years old. They were stained by H&E stain, Massons trichrome stain for collagen, orcein stain for elastic fibers and immuno-histochemical study for distribution of estrogen receptors
