The present study was designed to deterrmine whether the plasma homocysteine (Hcy) concentration correlates with methotrexate-induced neurotoxicity and to find the relation between the different disease variables (age , CNS status , methotrexale (MTX) dose and initial Hcy concentration) and MTX-induced neurotoxicity or the effect on Hcy concentration. Furthermore, the aim was extended to check out different toxicities occurring with high-dose MTX ( HDMTX )
