To evaluate the outcome of adult osteosarcoma treated with multi - agent chemotherapy in correlation with the different prognostic factors. Retrospective study done including 101 patient presented to National cancer institute from January 2006 till December 2010. Absence of metastatis at time of presentation, local surgery of the tumor, adjuvant chemotherapy combination for 4 cycles and achievement of CR after combined neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy are all favourable prognostic factors. Conclusion:metastatic status, local surgery, adequate chemotherapy duration and combination have impact on outcome of osteosarcoma
