Tacrolimus is a widley used immunosuppressive drug in organ transplantation and it is a key drug in immunosuppressive treatment of renal transplant patients which most of them are young men. The present study was carried out to evalute the morphological effect of tacrolimus on the testis of albino male rats . Also to evalute the possible protective effect of vaitamin E by using morphological and immunohistochernical methods .
