Purpose: Is to provide a computer vision-based system that overcomes the problem of measuring human joint movements and supports the physiatrist in determining the effectiveness of laser therapy to different musculoskeletal disorders such as tendinopathy . Subjects : thirty patients diagnosed with tendinopathy ( male and female ) were selected . They were divided into two groups each of 15 patients ; group 1 was the achilles tendinopathy group and group 2 was the lateral the Achilles tendinopathy group and group 2 was the lateral epicondy tendinopathy group. Both received laser treatment. All measurements were taken at baseline, after 4 weeks of treatment and at follow-up 4 weeks after the end of treatment
