Breast cancer is the most common cancer among women, where there is more than 1 million women are diagnosed with breast cancer. Treatment of Breast cancer can be classified into local therapy like surgery and radiation and systemic therapy like chemotherapy and hormonal therapy. Neoadjuvant (or preoperative) chemotherapy is being increasingly used for the treatment of breast cancer. Response to neoadjuvant chemotherapy may convert an inoperable breast cancer to an operable tumor. By downsizing the tumor, neoadjuvant chemotherapy also increases the possibility of breast conserving therapy in larger number of patients. This study is a retrospective study for female patients treated with neoadjuvant therapy during the period from June 2015 to November 2015. The main aim of this study is to evaluate the role of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in surgical decision making in patient with breast cancer in the form of operability and /or the possibility of breast conserving surgery. The total number of patients included in this study was 31 patients, all had locally advanced breast cancer according to the classification adopted by the NCCN 2014, all received neoadjuvant therapy. Then, clinical response was graded according to International Union
