Sr₂PdO₃ and NdFeO₃ nano-inorganic perovskites have been prepared via citrate- nitrate and microwave-assistant citrate methods, respectively. The characterization of the prepared nano-perovskites involved particle size and surface area determination, morphological, structural and chemical composition identification. Sr₂PdO₃ modified electrode was introduced for the first time for the electrochemical determination of some catecholamine neurotransmitters exhibiting higher electro-catalytic activity compared to bare electrode. Sr₂PdO₃/gold nanoparticles, Au-doped Sr₂PdO₃ and Ca-doped Sr₂PdO₃ have been applied as non-enzymatic glucose sensor demonstrating better catalytic activity compared to other similar glucose sensors. The effect of the type and amount of dopant on the electrocatalytic activity of the prepared materials toward glucose sensing have been studied and optimized. In addition, carbon paste electrode in situ modified with NdFeO₃ and NdFeO₃/(ionic liquid crystal) have been applied for the electrochemical determination of ketotifen and metoclopramide drugs in presence of anionic surfactant, respectively. The proposed sensors exhibited good performance toward the determination of the studied compounds, neurotransmitters, glucose and drugs, in terms of selectivity, wide linearity range, sensitivity, low detection limit, applicability in real samples, long term stability and anti-interference ability
