Locally advanced breast cancer cases have a vast spread in developing countries. The combination between neoadjuvant chemotherapy and conservative surgery for such cases can provide both sufficient aesthetic and therapeutic results. So, conservative surgery for selected cases may decrease the rates of radical surgery
