This thesis presents a parametric study to investigate the behavior of reinforced circular tunnels located in clayey deposit exposed to earthquake loads. Using finite element method by PLAXIS 2D to model and analyze circular tunnel in clayey soil, and treated the earthquake waves by closed form solution "EERA code to obtain some variables such as damping ratio, shear modulus, and shear wave velocity which companion to the earthquake wave
