To evaluate the of low energy laser and ozonated olive oil on the bone density surrounding the maxillary first molar. To measure the amount of anchorage loss of maxillary first permanent molars in both sides during experimental period by using cone beam computed tomography. The study performed on twenty Egyptian patients (2 males and 18 females), with an age range from fifteen to twenty four years. After taken preoperative records power analysis and randomization was done. Group I included 10 patients. LELT was applied to maxillary permanent molar while the other side no laser was applied and acted as control. Group II included 10 patients. LELT and ozonated olive oil was applied to maxillary permanent molar while the other side ozonated olive oil was applied only. CBCT was done on the maxilla to evaluate the bone density and molar positions. Group I and group II was no statistical significance difference between the means of the mesial movement of maxillary first molar and no significance difference was observed in the tipping of the maxillary first molar between the two sides. No statistical significance difference in the mean for bone density in mesial, distal, buccal and palatal in conrol and ozone side while there was statistically significant difference in the mean values(pre and post retraction) for bone density in laser side and laser plus ozone side
