To compare the effect of abdominal exercises versus ultrasound cavitation on coronary risk profile in obese women. Forty obese women with abdominal obesity, their age ranged from (30-40) years, their BMI (30-34.9kg/m2), WHR ranged between (0.81to1.0) selected from Ibrahim Nada hospital, and divided into two equal groups. Group (A): received abdominal exercises in addition to diet regimen 1200 cal for six weeks, two sessions per week. Group (B): received ultrasound cavitation in addition to the same regimen for six weeks, two sessions per week. Methods of evaluation (BMI, WHR, lipid profile, coronary risk ratio) were measured before and after the study period. The results showed statistical significant difference concerning, BMI, WHR, lipid profile and coronary risk ratio in both groups, However the results were in the favor of abdominal exercises group. It was concluded that both abdominal exercises and ultrasound cavitation were effective in reduction of BMI, WHR, lipid profile and coronary risk ratio, However the abdominal exercises cause much more improvement than ultrasound cavitation
