Considering the HCV lymphotropism and the hypothesis that the infection of B-cells with HCV leads to a monoclonal proliferation, the theory of HCV involving in B cell lymphoproliferative disorders pathogenesis has been produced.In this work we are aiming to study HCV prevelance in Egyptian Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia patients with assessment of its impact on B-cell immunological function and response to treatment
