Third generation partnership project (3GPP) introduces the LTE-A network as the emerging internet protocol packet based mobile communication technology toward the fourth generation broadband mobile wireless network. LTE-A technology improves the system capacity, coverage and provides high performance in terms of high data rates, low latency, exible bandwidth operation and seamless integration with other exiting wireless communication systems. Moreover, LTE-A supports many base station types, such as pico/femeto base stations and relay nodes. Furthermore, LTE-A technology enhances networks quality of service, such as increasing bandwidth up to 100 MHz, enhancing performance using multiple input, multiple output and coordinate scheduling, supporting heterogeneous networks and providing sufcient services for the cell edge
