Objective: To evaluate the results of using antiglide plate technique in treatment of danis type B fracture of lateral malleolus regarding union, functional outcome and complications. Background: Fractures of the lateral malleolus constitute 9% of all fractures. It is important to anatomically reduce and fix ankle fractures. Methods: Thirty patients with Danis Type B fracture of lateral malleolus were managed by open reduction and internal fixation using antiglide plate from March 2015 to March 2016. Results: The average time for full radiological union was 9 weeks. union was assessed clinically by absense of pain and tenderness, radiologically by disapperance of the fracture site bridging
