The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of miniscrew implant supported molar distalization using the MISDS three dimensionally. The sample consisted of 17 growing female patients requiring distalization of the maxillary 1st molars. They were divided into two groups, treatment and control groups. The treatment group comprised of 7 patients received two miniscrew implants in the anterior paramedian palate to anchor MISDS, the appliance was activated every 4th week then was left passively as anchorage for 2nd phase treatment. CBCT scans were used as the 3 dimensional evaluation method, they were taken before appliance placement and after reaching class I molar relationship through a period ranging from (4 to 9 months) between the pre and post records in the treatment group
