This research study addresses the impact of the government practices to brand the country as a destination for foreign direct investments (FDIs) on the intentions of the investor to invest in the country. The study targets the Egyptian market, the Egyptian government-provided practices, and the intentions of the foreign investor to invest in Egypt as the topic of the research. The researcher aims to develop a reliable and valid model, which relates the government-provided practices to brand the country as a destination for FDIs to the Investors intentions to invest in that specific country. The proposed model describes the relationship between the government-provided practices (in terms of legal, human development and financial) and the investors intentions and prove the mediation effect of the country brand image as a variable in the relation. The results of the statistical analysis of the data collected proves that the existence of the Country Brand Image as a variable in the relation explains the variation existing in the Investors Intentions due to the change happening in the Government-provided practices (the existence of the mediation effect)
