The current study evaluated the effect white spot lesions treated with infiltration resin (ICON) in comparison to that treated with fluoride and microabrasion followed with casein phosphopeptide amorphous caicium phosphate in terms of colour charige and microhardness. Materials and methods: Artifical white spot lesions were created in human sound teeth (N=48) using demineralizing solution (pH 4.5 for 72 hours) and were randomly divided into three groups. Specimens were treated with infiteration (ICON, DMG), fluoride (IONITE), and micro-abrasion followed by caseinphosphopeptide amorphous calcium phosphate CPP-ACP (GC Mi paste plus). All samples were immersed in artificial saliva which was changed daily along the treatment period (14 days) and were kept in an incubator at 37oC. Colour components and visible colour change (L*, a*, b*, AE) were measured spectrophotometrically while microhardness was measured using vickers microhardness tester on following time points: before treatment (control), after WSL formation, after treatment. Data were analyzed using kolmogorov-smirnov and shapiro-wilk tests
