The removal of Co+²and Sr+² from the aqueous solutions was investigate with adsorption process of these elements with different cheap by-product solid wastes such as Bagasse, Rice Husk and Sawdust which used as adsorbents. The adsorbents were used without any chemical treatment and as well as with chemical treatment once with HCl and once with KOH. Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Differential Thermal Analysis (DTA), Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC) and Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) were used to characterize the prepared adsorbents materials. Also the study of the effect of changing the following factors was performed: initial pH, contact time, initial concentration, adsorbent weight and temperature different parameters. The batch technique was used in this point. Moreover, the different kinetics models were studied such as pseudo first order and pseudo second order. Furthermore, Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm models were tested to determine different isotherm expressions
