The thesis aims to measure the success of the life cycle cost analysis system after considering the factors affecting the system in terms of human factors and non-human factors, in order to approve the methodology of new construction technology that can work with the initial design and not a methodology that works with the bidding and implementation only. The thesis also aims to select and propose sustainable materials that may be expensive at initial cost but cheaper in cost of maintenance and depreciation
