The study was conducted on 200 CT scans of brain or paranasal sinuses and 30 dry skulls. The most frequent location of the greater palatine foramen was opposite the third maxillary molar. The greater palatine foramen was almost anteroposterior elongated. The most precise method of measurement is through the center of greater palatine foramen
