This thesis studies the physical and mechanical properties of pure copper powder and copper-nickel alloy with various reinforcement materials at different volume fraction. The used reinforcements materials are multi wall carbon nanotubes CNT (0.5-2 wt. %) as nano particles, aluminium oxide (Al2O3) (1-4 wt. %) and silicon carbide (SiC) (1-4 wt. %) as micro particles. Many of testes are applied on the obtained specimens such as microstructures, density, relative density, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, hardness, and compression stress tests to investigate the suitable reinforcement percentage that will achieve the best physical and mechanical properties
