Acute coronary syndrome (ACS) is the umbrella term for the clinical signs and symptoms of unstable angina and myocardial infarxtion. Megalin and cubilin are a receptor complex, in the vitamin D metabolism pathway, that medite the endocytosis of 25(OH)D for its final hydroxylation thus final activation step
