Induction of general anesthesia , laryngoscopy and endotracheal intubation Is usually associated with major hemodynamic response including changes in heart rate and arterial blood pressure of patients. These changes may be hazardous to a lot of patients so anesthesiologist try to control it by various methods, one of these is drugs. Various drugs are used to attenuate this hemodynamic response and to try to control it. Opioids are the most commonly used in our practice
