This research investigates Biomimicry, an emerging field that imitates natures design strategies in human designs. However, Biomimicry applications in built environments are scarce and there is a gap in understanding how their application can lead to sustainability. This research aims to explore the potential of using Biomimicry to design sustainable environments. This research hypothesizes that the integration of Biomimicry into the design of built environments can lead to sustainable development in this area where cities act in harmony with, rather than dominate, nature
