Background:Shoulder disorders are common musculoskeletal disorders, one every five persons experiences shoulder problems at some time in his / her life.It was a phenomena of mechanical compression of the rotator cuff against the anterior under surface of the acromion and caracoacromial ligament particularly during arm elevation. Objective: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of low level laser therapy (LLLT) versus acupuncture like Transcutenuos electrical nerve stimulation (AL-TENS) in chronic shoulder impingement syndrome (CSIS) on intensity of pain, joint range of motion (ROM) and Functional level of shoulder joint. Subjects: 30 adult male patient, their age was ranged from 25-40 years, were inducted in the current study. Subjects were classified into two groups, Group A:15 patients received LLLT and conventional treatment (ultrasound, selective strengthening and stretching exercises for shoulder joint).Group B:15 patients received AL-TENS and conventional treatment
