Purpose: to evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic assisted ACE and its impact on QOL. Methods: patients were recruited from pediatric colorectal clinic. QOL questionnaire and fecal incontinence index (FII) were used pre and postoperatively. Stooling survey was used post operatively. Results: Cases showed significant improvement regarding QOL and FII scores. Postoperative complications were stenosis (29.4%) false passage (5.9%). Conclusions: ACE is a quick procedure with low complications. It improves QOI of children with fecal incontinence it is easy to implement
