The purpose of this study is to identify the inter-relationship between EO (Entrepreneurial Orientation), managerial networks and ties, and SMEs performance in Egypt and United Kingdom. A quantitative study involving a survey-based questionnaire has been prepared with 335 valid questionnaires successfully collected through a non-probability judgmental sampling technique from owners and managers of SMEs in the technical industries of the manufacturing sector in Egypt and UK. The data was analyzed using the structural equation modeling tool (Smart PLS V.3). The results from this study show the positive association between individual dimensions of EO and SMEs performance in UK; while in Egypt only risk-taking and autonomy were positively associated with SMEs performance. EO partially mediates the relationship between networks and SMEs performance in Egypt and UK. However, the interaction effect of networks and EO was significantly related to SMEs performance in UK only. Finally, the results of the multi-group analysis show a significant difference between Egypt and UK in terms of networks-EO-SMEs performance relationship. The relationship between networks and EO is more significant in UK compared to Egypt; whereas the relationship between EO and SMEs performance is more significant in Egypt as compared to UK
