In the current study, We collected and analyzed retrospective data on the clinical presentation, pathology, management, disease free survival (DFS) and Overall survival (OS) of patients with primary adenocarcinoma of urinary bladder who underwent radical cystectomy at National Cancer Institute, Cairo University in the period from January 2013 to December 2017. This study included 40 patients, (33 Males and 7 females). Mean age of our patients was 61 years old ranging from 35 to 85 years. The most common presenting symptom was hematuria then dysuria and frequency of micturition. The most common stage of the disease was stage III and stage IV. Radical cystectomy was the standard of care for all patients with variable types of urinary diversion ; ileal conduit was the most performed one. Disease free survival and overall survival were affected by tumor stage, grade and LN involvemen
