Background: Antiphospholipid syndrome (APS) is an acquired autoimmune disorder which is one of leading causes of bad obstetric history mainly recurrent pregnancy loss. Also, ocular affection is frequently associated with APS. Aim of the study: to correlate ocular findings to bad obstetric history in women with primary APS and to correlate ocular findings to systemic vascular complications of primary APS. Methods: 50 women with APS and BOH underwent detailed fundus examination. Results: showed no specific correlation between ocular findings and different aspects of BOH. Conclusion: correlation was found between ocular findings and each of history of thromboembolism, high titre of LA and high titre of ACL IgM
