Background: Subacromial impingement syndrome (SAIS) is the most common disorder of the shoulder. Although it is known that trunk control is an integral part of shoulder stability, the relationship between core muscle endurance and scapular muscle endurance among SAIS is not well established till now. Purpose: Examine the relationship between measures of scapular muscle endurance, core muscle endurance and pain level in subjects with SAIS. Subjects: 60 subjects of both sexes with mean age 25.66 ± 2.30 years, mean weight of 75.50 ± 11.79 Kg and mean height of 169.93 ± 10.28 cm participated in this study .They were divided into two equal groups; the control group and the study group who suffered from SAIS. Methods: Endurance of the serratus anterior and trapezius muscles was assessed using the scapular muscle endurance test. Modified Sorensen test, trunk flexor endurance test, and feet-elevated side-support test) FESS) were conducted to assess the core endurance. The pain level was assessed by shoulder pain and disability index
