Combination of cisplatin and vinorelbine with 25dose reduction during conventional radiotherapy is well tolerated by patients with locally advanced NSCLC with performance status 0 to 1 and gives satisfactory results , while the combination of CHARTWELwith chemotherapy is very toxic to the patients
