Aim of the work: To evaluate the endoscopic trans-canal trans perforation underlay cartilage tympanoplasty using the partial thickness mosaic technique by assessing the graft take rate and hearing results and time consuming to compare it to endoscopic trans-canal underlay cartilage tympanoplasty through elevation of the posterior meatal wall Patients and methods: Thirty patients were randomly divided into 2 equal groups. Group 1 had endoscopic trans-canal trans perforation underlay cartilage tympanoplasty using the partial thickness mosaic technique while, Group 2 had trans-canal underlay cartilage tympanoplasty using the partial thickness mosaic technique through elevation of the posterior meatal wall
