This study was conducted to investigate the effect of aerobic and arm exercises on HBA1C and immunological properties of breast milk in diabetic lactating women. Thirty breast feeding diabetic lactating women were participated in this study. Their ages were ranged from 25-35 years old; their body mass index did not exceed 30 kg/m^2 and their parity was two children, all participants were divided randomly into two equal groups. Study group(A)and control group (B). Study group, it was consisted of 15 patients. Each patient in this group was asked to perform an aerobic and an arm exercise program for 60 minutes ,3 times /week for 12 weeks and follow allow caloric diet program throughout the treatment course beside her medical treatments for diabetes mellitus .Control group (B):it was consisted of 15 patients .Each patient in this group was asked to follow the same low caloric diet program as in group(A) throughout the treatment course beside her medical treatment for diabetes mellitus .Body weight of all patients in both groups (A&B)was measured and BMI was calculated before and after treatment course .Also ,HBA1C ,IGA, lactoferrin and lysozyme levels in blood plasma were measured through drawing blood sample from all patients in both groups before and after treatment course and were sent to the laboratory center to be analysed and measured .The results of this study revealed that, the two studied groups (A&B) showed a statistically (p<0.001)significant decrease in body weight ,BMI and HBA1C and a statistically (p
